Welcome. I’m really glad you’re here. You probably have a lot of questions if you made it this far.

Let’s start with the important parts… me, decades ago, sitting in the backyard of a tiny house in the middle of Georgia pine trees. A rustle in the wind, and a burst of light. Blinking, I looked and saw a man in white kneeling down by me. His brown hands traced the dirt, and He smiled at me and asked if He could stay.
I said yes.

I met Jesus in a visionary experience when I was three years old, and my life has been marked by ongoing encounters with God ever since— particularly a defining encounter in my early twenties that shaped my vocation and calling. For me, spirituality is rooted not in ideology or spectacle, but in lived, honest, everyday relationship.

God’s ability to speak is greater than my ability to listen.

Mari (pronounced Mary) is a writer, theologian, and speaker who helps people reconnect with God beyond religious performance, certainty, or fear.

Holding a Master’s of Divinity in Critical Interpretation of the Old Testament and drawing on over ten years of experience preaching, teaching, and spiritually forming communities, Mari creates language and everyday rhythms for hearing Jesus and learning to see the unseen in everyday life.

Mari’s work bridges theology, lived experience, and spiritual discernment, offering a grounded and psychologically aware approach to the prophetic that centers love, humility, and intimacy with Christ. She writes and speaks to Christians, spiritual seekers, and those navigating deconstruction or disillusionment with religion— especially those who remain drawn to Jesus and desire a faith that is embodied, relational, and real.
