These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your purchase and participation in any online course, membership, program, digital content, or community (collectively, the “Program”) offered by Mari Amor (“Mari for the Ages,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) through Kajabi or any related platform.
By purchasing, accessing, or participating in the Program, you agree to the following legally binding terms.
1. Digital Product Delivery & No Refund Policy
Because this Program includes immediate access to high-value digital courses, proprietary materials, downloadable content, and live community access upon purchase:
All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for any reason.
By completing your purchase, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:
You receive instant access to digital content.
You waive any statutory “cooling-off” period or right of withdrawal to the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, including but not limited to EU consumer regulations governing digital content once delivery has begun.
Lack of participation does not create eligibility for a refund.
Dissatisfaction, change of mind, or disagreement with content does not create eligibility for a refund.
If you choose a payment plan, you remain legally responsible for completing all payments as outlined below.
2. Payment Plans & Financial Responsibility
If you select a monthly payment option:
You are committing to the full 12-month Program.
You are responsible for the total yearly amount, regardless of participation level.
Stopping participation does not cancel your financial obligation.
Failure to complete payments may result in:
Immediate suspension of access
Collections action
Reporting to credit agencies where legally permitted
Recovery of legal fees and collection costs to the extent permitted by law
By enrolling, you authorize Company to charge your payment method for all scheduled installments.
You agree not to initiate a credit card chargeback or payment dispute for services rendered or digital access granted. In the event of a payment dispute or chargeback:
This Agreement will be provided to your financial institution as evidence of your acknowledgment.
You agree to reimburse Company for any chargeback fees, penalties, or costs incurred.
Access to all materials will be immediately revoked.
3. No Guaranteed Outcomes
The Program is educational and faith-based in nature.
We make no guarantees regarding:
Spiritual encounters
Spiritual experiences
Breakthroughs
Healing outcomes
Financial results
Ministry opportunities
Personal transformation
Every individual’s experience is unique and depends on many factors outside our control.
4. Not Therapy, Counseling, or Deliverance
The Program is not:
Medical treatment
Psychological therapy
Psychiatric care
Licensed counseling
Pastoral counseling
Crisis intervention
Deliverance ministry
Nothing in this Program should be considered a substitute for professional mental health care, medical treatment, pastoral oversight, or licensed counseling.
If you are experiencing mental health distress, trauma responses, psychological instability, or crisis, you agree to seek appropriate licensed professional help.
5. Personal Spiritual Responsibility
By participating, you acknowledge and agree:
You are solely responsible for your personal spiritual life.
You are responsible for maintaining your own relationship with God.
You are responsible for exercising discernment regarding all teachings and discussions.
You are responsible for how you interpret, apply, or respond to course material.
Company does not assume spiritual authority over participants’ personal lives.
6. Theological Alignment & Informed Decision
The classes are centered around Jesus Christ.
Discussions regarding access to the spiritual realm are framed through this foundation.
You acknowledge that:
You are responsible for reviewing the materials available on Mari’s website prior to enrollment.
You have had the opportunity to assess whether the theology, doctrinal perspectives, and teaching style align with your beliefs.
You are voluntarily choosing to participate.
Community members are not required to conform to specific spiritual beliefs; however, the instructional framework of the Program is Christ-centered.
7. Community Conduct & Participation Guidelines
To maintain a healthy and respectful learning environment:
Discussions must remain respectful.
Disagreement must remain civil.
Personal attacks, harassment, or disruptive conduct are not tolerated.
Mari is the course leader and facilitator.
Mari may call on participants to share.
Unmanaged outbursts are not acceptable.
Coaching, correcting, or ministering to others without invitation or permission is not allowed during inappropriate times.
If conduct is disruptive:
You may be muted.
You may be removed from a Zoom session.
You may be placed on probation.
Access to the Program may be terminated without refund.
Company reserves the right to remove any participant at its sole discretion to protect the integrity of the community.
8. Intellectual Property
All Program materials, including but not limited to:
Videos
Teachings
PDFs
Downloads
Workbooks
Community content
Live session recordings
are the exclusive intellectual property of Company.
You may not:
Share login credentials
Reproduce content
Record sessions
Distribute materials
Teach, resell, or repurpose content
Unauthorized distribution may result in legal action.
9. Assumption of Risk
Participation in faith-based discussions and spiritual topics may bring up emotional responses or personal reflection.
By participating, you:
Voluntarily assume all risks.
Release Company from liability related to emotional, spiritual, or psychological reactions.
Agree that participation is at your own discretion.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Company, Mari, affiliates, contractors, team members, and platform providers (including Kajabi) from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of:
Your participation in the Program
Your breach of this Agreement
Your misuse of materials
Your violation of any laws or third-party rights
Any disputes you initiate, including payment disputes or chargebacks
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:
Company’s total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Program.
Company shall not be liable for:
Indirect damages
Consequential damages
Emotional distress claims
Spiritual dissatisfaction claims
Loss of income or opportunity
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in such cases, liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
12. International Enforceability
This Agreement is intended to be enforceable worldwide to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
If any provision is found unenforceable in a particular jurisdiction, the remainder shall remain in full force and effect.
13. Dispute Resolution
You agree to first attempt informal resolution by contacting support at [Insert Email].
If unresolved:
Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration where legally permitted.
You waive the right to participate in class-action lawsuits to the fullest extent allowed by law.
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Tennessee, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
14. International Retreat Indemnification, Force Majeure & No-Refund Policy
Participation in any in-person retreat is voluntary and subject to circumstances beyond the Company’s control. By enrolling, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
No Refunds for Travel or Attendance Changes
All retreat-related purchases are final. No refunds, credits, or transfers will be issued if:
You choose not to attend for any reason
You are unable to travel
You miss part or all of the retreat
The dates no longer work for you
You fail to obtain required travel documentation (passport, visa, etc.)
Your inability or decision not to attend does not relieve you of any financial obligation under this Agreement.
Force Majeure (Events Beyond Control)
The Company shall not be held liable or responsible for any delay, disruption, modification, or cancellation of the retreat due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:
Natural disasters (storms, floods, earthquakes, wildfires, etc.)
Acts of God
Pandemics, epidemics, or public health emergencies
Government actions, travel restrictions, or border closures
War, terrorism, civil unrest, or political instability
Transportation disruptions or airline cancellations
Venue closures or supplier failures
Utility outages or infrastructure failures
In such circumstances, the reserves the right to modify, reschedule, relocate, or deliver the retreat in an alternative format (including virtual delivery) without obligation to issue refunds.
Full Indemnification & Hold Harmless
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Mari, the Company, and all related parties, including but not limited to:
Employees, contractors, and team members
Affiliates and partners
Event hosts and venue providers
Travel, lodging, and transportation providers
Platform providers
from and against any and all claims, demands, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to:
Your travel to, participation in, or return from the retreat
Your personal decisions, actions, or inactions
Acts or omissions of third parties
Any injuries, illnesses, losses, delays, or disruptions
Any force majeure events
Any disputes or claims initiated by you or on your behalf
Assumption of Risk
You voluntarily assume all risks associated with international travel and retreat participation, including risks that may not be foreseeable.
You accept full responsibility for:
Your health, safety, and well-being
Your travel arrangements and documentation
Your personal property
Your decisions and participation throughout the retreat
Travel Insurance Recommendation
You are strongly advised to purchase comprehensive travel insurance, including coverage for:
Trip cancellation or interruption
Medical expenses and emergencies
Evacuation and repatriation
Lost or delayed baggage
Failure to obtain insurance does not shift responsibility to the Company.
Legal Limitations
Nothing in this section excludes liability where such exclusion is not permitted under applicable law. In such cases, liability will be limited to the maximum extent allowed.
15. Acceptance of Terms
By clicking purchase, enrolling, or accessing materials, you:
Confirm you are at least 18 years old.
Confirm you have read and understood this Agreement.
Agree to be legally bound by its terms.
